Welcome to Ai1 Baazar! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and website (collectively referred to as the "Service") provided by Ai1 Baazar ("us", "we", or "our").

   - By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

   - We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

   - To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Ordering and Payment:
   - By placing an order through the Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the products you wish to purchase. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order or after the delivery of the products (COD). We accept various payment methods including COD, credit/debit cards, UPIs, and other digital wallets.

Delivery:
   - We offer free home delivery to your doorstep within our designated delivery areas on the minimum o order Rupees 300/- and Rupees 800/- .  Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete delivery address information. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.

Returns and Refunds:
   - Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and refunds. Returns are not accepted by us currently, we provide open box delivery to ensure the quality of the products.

Intellectual Property:
   - The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ai1 Baazar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.

Limitation of Liability:
   - In no event shall Ai1 Baazar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

   - You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ai1 Baazar and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms and Conditions; or c) Content posted on the Service.

Termination:
    - We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law:
    - These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
