1. Returns and Exchanges:
   - We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we are offering "Open Box Delivery", we do not take back any product(s). We will allow you to inspect the entire percel at the time of delivery.

2. Items Eligible for Return:
   - Presently we do not accept returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items:
   - We do not accept returns of any products.

4. Return Process:
   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (If any).
   - Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
   - Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

5. Refunds:
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   - Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

6. Exchanges:
   - Presently we do not accept exchange.

7. Return Shipping:
   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item (If any).

8. Damaged or Defective Items:
   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

9. Final Delivered Items:
   - Items marked as "Delivered" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged on the time of 'Open Box Delivery'.
