Shipping Policy:

1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:
   - We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Standard order typically we give same day delivery, However if you order after 02:00 PM then you will get the things immediate next day.
   - We currently offer 'Open Box Delivery', which means during the delivery, the delivery person will open the percel to let you check if everything is okay.
   - Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.

2. Shipping Costs:
    - We offer FREE standard shipping on orders on or above Rupees 300/- within the Bongaigaon Town.
- We may charge for shipping costs on the basis of location of your delivery area and on the weight of your order.

3. Order Processing:
   - Orders are processed within same business days from the time they are placed. 
   - Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notification with tracking information.

4. International Shipping:
   - At this time, we only offer shipping within the Bongaigaon, Assam, India. We apologize for any inconvenience.

5. Tracking Your Order:
   - You can track your order by clicking on the product in my order section.
    Profile > My Orders > Select the Order
   - Alternatively, you can log in to your account on our website and track your order from there.

6. Delivery Issues:
   - If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   - We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

   - We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
